Internally and externally constructed out of heavy duty stainless steel, this unit features a reinforced door with a double pane tempered glass window that is cool to the touch. Advanced air flow convection cooking technology ensures food products are evenly cooked. Manual controls include a 120 minute timer and temperature settings ranging from 100°F to 500°F. Additional features include an interior light, removable rack holder, three removable racks, and 1.1″ legs.
