The Waring WCG75 Pro Prep® Chopper Grinder is a versatile, heavy-duty kitchen tool designed for professional chefs and commercial kitchens. This unit combines dual functionality with efficiency, featuring two separate 3/4-quart see-through work bowls—one for chopping and one for grinding. The chopping bowl, equipped with a two-blade hub, quickly and efficiently chops garlic, shallots, onions, and leafy herbs like basil, rosemary, parsley, and thyme. The chopping bowl cover includes two protected openings for adding liquids, oils, or eggs while the motor is running.
The grinding bowl features a patent-pending three-blade hub and is ideal for grinding hard foods such as Parmesan and Romano cheeses, chocolate, nuts, coffee beans, peppercorns, allspice, celery seed, and mustard seed. Both bowls stack for compact storage, and all bowls, blades, and covers are dishwasher safe for quick cleanup. The WCG75 is powered by a 3/4 HP high-speed, 2-pole induction motor, running fast, quiet, and reliably under heavy-duty loads. Safety features include a thermal overload protector and an interlock system that prevents operation unless all parts are securely in place.
